벌브업(운영 QUV, 이하 "벌브업")은 이용자의 개인정보를 이 처리방침에 따라 처리합니다.

1. 개인정보 처리 목적

벌브업은 다음 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다.

이용자가 선택한 아이디어의 진행·공개 소식을 이메일로 전달하기 위한 관심 등록 접수
아이디어가 출시될 때 추첨으로 뽑힌 분께 먼저 써 볼 수 있는 등록 코드(베타·초대 코드)를 이메일로 전달
기기에 맞는 출시 알림·등록 코드 보내기 — 이용자가 고른 쓰는 폰 종류(아이폰·안드로이드)에 따라 보냅니다.
벌브업 전체 소식(뉴스레터) 발송 — 이 목적은 선택 동의를 한 이용자에게만 적용됩니다.
개인정보 국외 이전에 대한 동의 확인과 관리
같은 이메일의 중복 등록 방지, 재시도 요청 식별, 동의 내역 관리, 아이디어별 등록 수 집계
반복 제출·자동화된 남용 요청 차단
관심 등록이 들어온 유입 경로 기록
이용자가 선택한 화면 언어를 기억하고, 첫 방문의 유입정보를 관심 등록 제출 때까지 유지

관심 등록 폼에는 다음 세 개의 체크박스가 있습니다.

아이디어 진행·공개 소식 이메일은 필수 수집·이용 동의 범위 안에 포함됩니다. 벌브업 전체 소식 수신은 별도의 선택 동의이며, 선택하지 않아도 관심 등록은 그대로 처리됩니다.

2. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 수집 방법

사이트 방문 수는 서울 시간 날짜별 숫자만 더합니다. 저장 항목은 날짜·고정 경로·개수뿐이며, IP 주소·쿠키·이용자 식별자·User-Agent·쿼리 문자열은 이 집계에 저장하지 않습니다.

2.1 이용자가 직접 입력하는 항목

쓰는 폰 종류(아이폰·안드로이드) — 한 가지 기기로만 나오는 아이디어에서는 묻지 않고 그 기기로 기록합니다.

2.2 관심 등록을 제출할 때 자동으로 전송되는 항목

방문 경로에는 URL의 전체 쿼리 문자열이 포함되므로, 이용자 또는 외부 링크 작성자가 쿼리에 넣은 값도 함께 전송될 수 있습니다.

2.3 서버가 생성하거나 저장하는 항목

내부 이벤트·연락처 식별자, 신청 식별자, 관심 아이디어 식별자
입력한 이메일 주소와 정규화한 이메일 주소
쓰는 폰 종류(아이폰·안드로이드) — 이 항목이 생기기 전에 신청한 분은 비어 있습니다.

추천 코드 — 확인을 마친 이용자에게 무작위로 만들어 주는 값이며, 메일 주소로 만들지 않고 메일 주소를 담지 않습니다.
추천 관계 — 누가 누구의 추천 링크로 처음 신청했는지를 내부 연락처 식별자로만 기록합니다. 같은 메일 주소의 다시 신청과 자기 추천은 기록하지 않습니다.
확인 메일 발송 기록 — 발송 시각, 결과(보냄·실패·결과 모름·발송 설정 없음), 발송 서비스가 준 메시지 식별자. 메일 주소는 이 기록에 넣지 않습니다.

반복 제출과 자동화된 남용 요청을 막기 위해, 요청자의 IP 주소는 SHA-256으로 해시한 값만 짧은 기간 동안 보관합니다. 원본 IP 주소는 저장하지 않습니다.

2.4 이용자의 브라우저에 저장되는 정보

localStorage: 화면 언어 설정 — 이용자가 언어를 바꾸거나 브라우저에서 이 사이트의 저장 데이터를 지울 때까지 남습니다.
sessionStorage: UTM 매개변수, 이전 페이지 주소, 쿼리 문자열을 포함한 방문 경로, 유입정보 포착 시각 — 해당 탭의 페이지 세션이 끝나면 지워집니다.

두 정보 모두 브라우저 설정에서 이 사이트의 저장 데이터를 삭제하면 직접 지울 수 있습니다.

3. 개인정보의 보유·이용기간과 파기

관심 등록 정보는 이용자가 동의를 철회하거나 해당 서비스가 끝나는 때 중 먼저 오는 때까지 보유합니다. 관계 법령에 따라 별도 보존이 필요한 정보가 생기면 그 항목만 분리하여 해당 법정기간 동안 보존합니다.

보유기간이 끝나거나 이용 목적을 달성하면 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 복구할 수 없도록 삭제합니다. 운영 데이터베이스(Cloudflare D1)의 복구기록에 남은 사본은 이용 요금제에 따라 삭제 뒤 최대 7일(Free) 또는 30일(Paid) 안에 만료됩니다. 반복 제출 차단을 위한 IP 해시값은 짧은 기간 뒤 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 추천 관계와 확인 메일 발송 기록은 해당 연락처를 삭제할 때 함께 삭제됩니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공과 처리위탁

벌브업은 개인정보를 독립된 제3자의 목적을 위해 제공하지 않습니다. 사이트 운영과 저장을 위한 Cloudflare, Inc.의 처리위탁·보관, 메일 주소 확인 메일과 출시 알림·등록 코드 메일 발송을 위한 Plus Five Five, Inc.(서비스 이름 Resend)의 처리위탁, 그리고 벌브업 전체 소식 수신에 선택 동의한 이용자에 한해 이루어지는 스티비 주식회사의 뉴스레터 발송 처리위탁은 아래 「5. 개인정보의 국외 이전」에서 공개합니다.

5. 개인정보의 국외 이전

벌브업은 관심 등록 폼의 [필수] 개인정보 국외 이전 동의를 근거로 개인정보를 국외로 이전합니다. 법적 근거는 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8 제1항 제1호(정보주체의 별도 동의)입니다. 다만 아래 5.3(메일 발송)은 같은 항 제3호 가목(계약 이행에 필요한 처리위탁, 처리방침 공개)을 근거로 합니다.

5.1 Cloudflare, Inc. — 사이트 운영·데이터베이스 처리위탁·보관

① 법적 근거: 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제1호 — 이용자의 별도 동의
② 이전되는 항목: 위 2.1~2.3에 기재한 관심 등록 관련 항목 전체(이메일 주소, 동의값과 버전, 방문 경로·UTM 정보, 관련 식별자와 시각 등)와 사이트 요청 처리 과정에서 Cloudflare가 다룰 수 있는 접속 메타데이터(IP 주소, 트래픽 라우팅 데이터, 요청 URL·시각 등)
③ 국가, 시기 및 방법: Cloudflare가 한국 이용자용으로 공개한 수령국은 미국, 영국, 싱가포르, 호주, 독일, 포르투갈, 프랑스, 일본, 캐나다, 네덜란드, 아랍에미리트, 인도, 멕시코, 말레이시아, 스웨덴입니다. 관심 등록 데이터베이스(D1)는 EU 관할로 생성되어 있습니다. 이전 시기는 사이트 접속 시와 관심 등록 제출 시이며, 방법은 네트워크를 통한 요청·응답과 데이터베이스 저장입니다.
④ 이전받는 자: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 USA. 개인정보 문의: dpo@cloudflare.com
⑤ 이용목적 및 보유·이용 기간: 사이트 콘텐츠 제공, 관심 등록 요청 처리, 보안·장애 분석과 데이터베이스 저장. 보유기간은 위 「3. 보유·이용기간과 파기」와 같습니다.
⑥ 거부 방법, 절차 및 효과: 사이트에 접속하지 않거나 관심 등록 양식을 제출하지 않는 방법으로 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부해도 공개된 사이트 내용은 볼 수 있으나 관심 등록과 이메일 소식 수신은 할 수 없습니다. 제출 뒤에는 admin@bulbup.com으로 거부·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 절차는 「6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법」을 따릅니다.

5.2 스티비 주식회사 — 뉴스레터 발송 처리위탁 (선택 동의자에 한함)

① 법적 근거: 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제1호 — 이용자의 별도 동의(관심 등록 폼의 [선택] 벌브업 전체 소식 수신 동의 체크박스). 이 체크박스에 동의하지 않은 이용자의 정보는 스티비로 이전되지 않습니다.
② 이전되는 항목: 이메일 주소, 벌브업 전체 소식 수신 동의 상태
③ 국가, 시기 및 방법: 스티비 주식회사의 처리방침(2026-09-21 적용분)에 따르면 클라우드 서버 운영을 AWS에 위탁하며, 개인정보가 미국에 위치한 서버에 저장될 수 있습니다. 이전 시기는 선택 동의 제출 시와 뉴스레터 발송 시이며, 방법은 네트워크를 통한 API 연동입니다.
④ 이전받는 자: 스티비 주식회사(대한민국). 스티비의 개인정보 관련 연락처는 스티비 자체 처리방침에 공개되어 있으며, 벌브업이 확인한 범위에서는 회사명과 저장국가(미국)만 확인되었고 담당자 연락처는 확인하지 못했습니다.
⑤ 이용목적 및 보유·이용 기간: 벌브업 전체 소식 이메일 발송. 보유기간은 이용자가 수신거부하거나 벌브업이 해당 서비스를 종료하는 때 중 먼저 오는 때까지입니다.
⑥ 거부 방법, 절차 및 효과: 관심 등록 시 선택 동의 체크박스를 선택하지 않으면 이전이 발생하지 않습니다. 이미 동의한 경우 벌브업이 보내는 모든 뉴스레터에 포함된 수신거부 링크를 사용하거나 admin@bulbup.com으로 거부를 요청할 수 있으며, 거부하면 이후 벌브업 전체 소식을 받지 않습니다.

5.3 Plus Five Five, Inc.(Resend) — 출시 알림·등록 코드 메일 발송 처리위탁

① 법적 근거: 개인정보 보호법 제28조의8 제1항 제3호 가목 — 이용자가 신청한 출시 알림·등록 코드 메일을 보내는(계약의 이행) 데 필요한 처리위탁이며, 이전 사항을 이 처리방침에 공개합니다.
② 이전되는 항목: 이메일 주소, 보내는 메일의 제목과 본문(등록 코드, 기기 확인 문구, 메일 주소 확인 링크를 포함), 발송 기록(발송 시각, 전달 상태)
③ 국가, 시기 및 방법: Resend가 공개한 안내에 따르면 메일 본문, 발송 기록 같은 고객 데이터는 미국에 저장됩니다. 메일이 나가는 경로(발송 지역)는 벌브업이 Resend의 도메인 설정에서 고르며, 어느 지역을 골라도 데이터 저장은 미국입니다. 이전 시기는 관심 등록 직후 메일 주소 확인 메일을 보낼 때와 출시 알림이나 등록 코드 메일을 보낼 때이며, 방법은 네트워크를 통한 API 호출(HTTPS)입니다. Resend의 처리 부속서(DPA)에는 표준계약조항이 포함되어 있습니다.
④ 이전받는 자: Plus Five Five, Inc.(서비스 이름 Resend), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114 USA. 개인정보 문의: privacy@resend.com, support@resend.com
⑤ 이용목적 및 보유·이용 기간: 메일 주소 확인 메일, 출시 알림과 등록 코드 메일의 발송 처리. Resend는 메일과 발송 기록을 30일 동안 보관하고, 계정이 해지되면 90일 안에 남은 데이터를 삭제하며, 백업은 7일 동안 남는다고 공개하고 있습니다. 벌브업이 보관하는 기간은 위 「3. 보유·이용기간과 파기」와 같습니다.
⑥ 거부 방법, 절차 및 효과: 관심 등록 양식을 제출하지 않는 방법으로 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부하면 관심 등록과 출시 알림·등록 코드 메일 수신은 할 수 없습니다. 제출 뒤에는 admin@bulbup.com으로 거부·삭제를 요청할 수 있으며, 절차는 「6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법」을 따릅니다. 거부하면 이후 메일은 보내지 않습니다.

5.4 Google LLC — «내 아이디어 걸기» 신청서(구글 폼) 보관

«내 아이디어 걸기» 신청은 사이트와 따로 구글 폼으로 받습니다. 신청서에 적은 이름·팀 이름, 연락 이메일, 아이디어·제품 이름과 소개, 단계, 완성 계획 시기, 링크, 지금까지 만든 것은 Google LLC(미국)에 저장됩니다. 목적은 신청 검토와 연락이고, 검토가 끝난 뒤 1년 안에 지우며 요청하면 바로 지웁니다. 신청서의 필수 동의 칸에 체크해야 제출되고, 원하지 않으면 제출하지 않으면 됩니다. 이 경우 아이디어 걸기 신청만 할 수 없고 사이트 이용에는 영향이 없습니다. 삭제 요청은 admin@bulbup.com 으로 받습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 관하여 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

개인정보의 항목·내용, 수집·이용 목적, 보유기간, 제3자 제공·국외 이전 현황과 동의 내용의 열람
개인정보의 정정·삭제
개인정보 처리정지와 동의 철회
법정대리인이나 위임받은 대리인을 통한 권리행사

권리행사 절차는 다음과 같습니다.

이용자가 관심 등록에 사용한 이메일 주소로 admin@bulbup.com에 원하는 조치 내용을 알립니다.
벌브업은 요청이 등록된 이메일 주소로 발송되었는지 확인합니다. 이것만으로 본인 확인이 어려운 경우에만 처리 중인 정보와 맞는 최소한의 추가 정보를 요청합니다. 대리 요청은 대리권을 확인할 수 있는 자료를 함께 확인합니다.
벌브업은 본인 확인 뒤 해당 데이터베이스 기록을 확인·삭제하는 등 요청한 조치를 취하고, 접수일로부터 10일 이내에 처리 결과를 이메일로 회신합니다.
벌브업이 보내는 모든 뉴스레터에는 수신거부 링크가 포함되어 있어, 이용자는 별도 요청 없이도 언제든 수신을 거부할 수 있습니다.

법령상 제한·거절 사유가 있으면 그 사유와 이의제기 방법을 함께 안내합니다.

8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보조치

벌브업은 다음과 같은 안전성 확보조치를 시행합니다.

개인정보 처리방침 게시 전에는 공개 관심 등록을 차단합니다.
내부 검증 경로는 비밀값과 안전한 비교 방식으로 보호합니다.
입력값의 형식·길이를 검사합니다.
데이터베이스는 고유키·필수값·동의값 제약조건으로 잘못된 데이터 저장을 막습니다.
개인정보가 포함된 API 응답에는 캐시를 남기지 않도록 설정합니다.

이 외에도 벌브업은 개인정보 보호법상 필요한 내부 관리계획, 개인정보취급자의 최소 권한 운영, 접속기록 보존, 사고 대응 절차를 운영환경에 맞게 마련하고 관리합니다.

9. 개인정보 처리방침의 변경

이 처리방침을 변경하는 경우 변경 사항을 이 페이지에 게시하고, 변경 요약·변경일·시행일을 함께 남깁니다. 이용자의 권리를 줄이는 변경은 시행 전에 사이트에 미리 알립니다. 법령·보안상 즉시 반영해야 하는 변경은 시행과 함께 그 사유를 공지합니다.

변경 이력: 2026년 10월 5일 변경·시행 — 출시 알림 신청 때 «쓰는 폰 종류(아이폰·안드로이드)»를 함께 받고, 기기에 맞는 출시 알림·등록 코드를 보내는 목적을 더했습니다. 이 항목은 변경 뒤 새로 신청하는 분에게서만 받으며, 이미 신청한 분의 정보 처리 방식은 바뀌지 않습니다. 이전 판 시행일: 2026년 9월 25일.

변경 이력: 2026년 10월 5일 두 번째 변경·시행 — 출시 알림과 등록 코드 메일을 Resend(미국)를 통해 보내는 처리위탁을 더했습니다(5.3). 변경 공지 기준을 «시행 7일 전»에서 «이용자의 권리를 줄이는 변경은 시행 전»으로 고쳤습니다(9절).

변경 이력: 2026년 10월 10일 변경 — 관심 등록 직후 메일 주소 확인 메일을 보내고, 확인을 마친 분께 추천 코드와 추천 링크를 드리는 기능을 더했습니다. 추천 코드, 추천 관계, 확인 상태, 확인 메일 발송 기록을 처리 항목에 더했습니다(1·2.2·2.3·3·5.3절). 같은 날 신청 때의 화면 언어(ko·en)를 저장 항목(2.3절)에 더했습니다. 추천에 따른 보상은 없습니다.

이 처리방침은 2026년 10월 5일부터 시행됩니다.

1. Purposes of processing

bulbup processes personal data to: accept interest registrations and send updates about the idea the user selected; when the idea launches, email an early-access code (beta or invite code) to people chosen by lottery; send launch notices and early-access codes that fit the user's device, based on the phone type the user chose (iPhone or Android); send bulbup's general newsletter to users who separately opted in; record and manage overseas-transfer consent; prevent duplicate registrations, identify retry requests, manage consent records, and count registrations per idea; block repeated or automated abusive submissions; log the referral path of a registration; remember the user's chosen display language and retain first-visit referral data until submission; send an email with a confirmation link to check that the registered address really receives mail, and keep its confirmation status; and give users who have confirmed a referral code and referral link, then count how many people signed up through that link and also confirmed — there is no reward for referrals; only the number is counted.

The registration form has three checkboxes: [Required] consent to collect and use personal data, [Required] consent to overseas transfer of personal data, and [Optional] consent to receive bulbup's general newsletter. Idea-update emails are part of the required collection-and-use consent. Newsletter subscription is a separate, optional consent; registration proceeds without it.

2. Data items collected and how

Site visit counts only add a daily number by Seoul date, at a fixed path. No IP address, cookie, user identifier, user agent, or query string is stored for this count.

2.1 Entered directly by the user

Email address; the phone type you use (iPhone or Android), which is not asked when an idea ships on one device only and is then recorded as that device; and the status of the two required and one optional consent checkboxes.

2.2 Sent automatically on submission

A browser-generated submission identifier and idea identifier; email address, display language, and phone type (iPhone or Android); each consent value and the consent-form version; UTM parameters, prior-page URL, and the referral path including the full query string; the time the referral data was captured and the time of submission; and, when the visitor arrived through a referral link, that link's referral code.

2.3 Generated or stored on the server

Internal event and contact identifiers, submission and idea identifiers; the entered and normalized email address; the phone type (iPhone or Android), which is empty for people who registered before this item existed; the display language (ko or en), stored so the confirmation email goes out in that language and empty for people who registered before this item existed; each consent value, the consent-form version, and related timestamps; general-newsletter opt-in status, global unsubscribe status and its timestamp; UTM parameters, prior-page URL, referral path, and event source; a status field that can record a deletion timestamp; the email-confirmation status and its timestamp; a referral code, generated at random for users who have confirmed (it is not derived from and does not contain the email address); the referral relationship — who first signed up through whose referral link — recorded only by internal contact identifiers (repeat signups of the same address and self-referrals are not recorded); and a confirmation-email log with send time, result (sent, failed, result unknown, or not configured) and the sending service's message identifier, without the email address. To block repeated and automated abusive submissions, only a SHA-256 hash of the requester's IP address is kept for a short period — the raw IP address is never stored.

2.4 Stored in the user's browser

localStorage keeps the display-language setting until the user changes it or clears this site's stored data. sessionStorage keeps UTM parameters, prior-page URL, referral path, and capture time until the tab's page session ends. Both can be cleared from the browser's site-data settings.

3. Retention and destruction

Interest-registration data is retained until the user withdraws consent or the related service ends, whichever comes first. Data subject to statutory retention requirements is separated and kept only for that period, then deleted. Deleted records may remain in the operational database's recovery snapshots for up to 7 days (Free) or 30 days (Paid) depending on plan, after which they expire. The IP hash used for abuse blocking is deleted automatically after a short retention period. Referral relationships and the confirmation-email log are deleted together with the related contact.

4. Third-party provision and outsourcing

bulbup does not provide personal data to independent third parties for their own purposes. Outsourced hosting and storage with Cloudflare, Inc., email-confirmation, launch-notice and access-code email delivery with Plus Five Five, Inc. (service name Resend), and newsletter delivery with Stibee Inc. (for users who opted into the optional newsletter consent only), are disclosed under "5. Overseas transfer" below.

5. Overseas transfer of personal data

bulbup transfers personal data overseas based on the user's separate, required consent to overseas transfer, under Article 28-8(1)(1) of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. Section 5.3 (email delivery) instead relies on Article 28-8(1)(3)(a): outsourcing necessary to perform the requested service, disclosed in this policy.

5.1 Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, functions, and database

Legal basis: Article 28-8(1)(1) — the user's separate consent. Items transferred: the interest-registration items listed in 2.1–2.3 (email address, consent values and version, referral/UTM data, related identifiers and timestamps) and request metadata Cloudflare may process while serving the site (IP address, routing data, request URL and time, etc.). Countries, timing, and method: Cloudflare's published recipient countries for Korean users are the United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, Germany, Portugal, France, Japan, Canada, Netherlands, United Arab Emirates, India, Mexico, Malaysia, and Sweden. The interest-registration database (D1) is provisioned in the EU jurisdiction. Transfer occurs when the site is accessed and when a registration is submitted, via network requests/responses and database storage. Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 USA. Privacy contact: dpo@cloudflare.com. Purpose and retention: serving site content, processing registrations, security/incident analysis, and database storage; retention matches Section 3. How to refuse: do not access the site or do not submit the form; the public site remains viewable, but registration and email updates will not be available. After submission, contact admin@bulbup.com; the procedure follows Section 6.

5.2 Stibee Inc. — newsletter delivery (optional consent only)

Recipient: Stibee Inc. (South Korea); bulbup could confirm the company name and storage country (United States) but could not locate a specific privacy contact for Stibee. Purpose and retention: sending bulbup's general newsletter; retained until the user unsubscribes or the related service ends, whichever comes first. How to refuse: do not check the optional consent box; if already consented, use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or contact admin@bulbup.com.

5.3 Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) — launch-notice and access-code email delivery

Legal basis: Article 28-8(1)(3)(a) — outsourcing necessary to perform the service the user requested (sending the launch notice and access code), disclosed in this policy. Items transferred: email address; the subject and body of the email (including the access code, the phone-type question, and the email-confirmation link); delivery records (send time, delivery status). Countries, timing, and method: per Resend's published statement, customer data such as email content and delivery logs is stored in the United States. bulbup chooses the sending region (the route the email leaves by) in Resend's domain settings; whichever region is chosen, data storage stays in the United States. Transfer occurs when the email-confirmation message is sent right after registration and when a launch notice or access-code email is sent, via API calls over HTTPS. Resend's Data Processing Addendum (DPA) includes Standard Contractual Clauses. Recipient: Plus Five Five, Inc. (service name Resend), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114 USA. Privacy contacts: privacy@resend.com, support@resend.com. Purpose and retention: delivering email-confirmation, launch-notice and access-code emails. Resend states that it keeps email and log data for 30 days, deletes remaining data within 90 days after an account is terminated, and keeps backups for 7 days. bulbup's own retention follows Section 3. How to refuse: do not submit the registration form; without it, registration and the launch-notice and access-code emails are not available. After submission, contact admin@bulbup.com; the procedure follows Section 6, and no further email is sent once you refuse.

5.4 Google LLC — «Put yours up» application form (Google Forms)

«Put yours up» applications are collected separately through a Google Form. The name or team, contact email, idea or product name and description, stage, planned finish time, link and past work you enter are stored by Google LLC (USA). They are used to review your application and contact you, deleted within a year after review, and deleted on request. The form can only be submitted after ticking its required consent box; if you do not want this, do not submit it. Only the application is affected, not the rest of the site. Send deletion requests to admin@bulbup.com.

6. User rights and how to exercise them

Users may access their data items, purposes, retention periods, and third-party/overseas-transfer status and consent history; request correction or deletion; request processing suspension or withdraw consent; and exercise these rights through a legal or authorized representative. Procedure: email admin@bulbup.com from the address used to register; bulbup confirms the sender and, only if that is insufficient, requests minimal additional information matching the data on file (and proof of authority for representatives); bulbup then reviews the database records, takes the requested action, and replies with the result within 10 days. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link so users can opt out at any time without a separate request. Any statutory restriction or refusal is explained along with how to raise an objection.

8. Security measures

bulbup blocks public registration until this policy is published; protects internal verification paths with secrets and safe comparison; validates input format and length; enforces uniqueness, required-value, and consent-value constraints in the database; and sets no-cache headers on API responses that carry personal data. bulbup also maintains an internal management plan, least-privilege access for personnel handling personal data, access-log retention, and incident-response procedures appropriate to its operating environment.

9. Changes to this policy

Changes to this policy are posted on this page together with a summary, the change date, and the effective date. Changes that reduce user rights are announced on the site before they take effect; changes required immediately by law or security needs are announced together with the reason at the time they take effect.

Change history: changed and effective October 5, 2026 — the launch-alert signup now also asks which phone you use (iPhone or Android), for sending the right launch alert and access code. This item is collected only from new signups after the change; processing of existing signups does not change. Previous version effective: September 25, 2026.

Change history: second change, effective October 5, 2026 — added Resend (United States) as the processor for launch-notice and access-code emails (5.3), and changed the notice rule from "7 days before" to "before taking effect, for changes that reduce user rights" (section 9).

Change history: changed October 10, 2026 — added an email-confirmation message sent right after registration, and a referral code and referral link for users who have confirmed. Added the referral code, referral relationship, confirmation status, and confirmation-email log to the processed items (sections 1, 2.2, 2.3, 3 and 5.3). The same day, the display language (ko or en) chosen at registration was added to the stored items (section 2.3). There is no reward for referrals.

This policy takes effect on October 5, 2026.
